Many clients have come to work with me because I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, addictions, questioning sexuality and gender, and also relationship work including non-monogamy. I am a compassionate counsellor grounded in the person-centred approach, which believes that each person is unique, and has the resources within us to find the best way forward during difficult circumstances.
About me and my practice
I offer a safe, warm, confidential space for you to explore your feelings and experiences, and hopefully express things which are troubling you in a non-judgemental or critical atmosphere. You may find it difficult reaching out for help during your most vulnerable moments however, if you are suffering, perhaps living with this is more daunting?
I am grounded in the Person-Centred approach where the pace of sessions are lead by clients. I also have experience working within a brief therapy settings such as Solution Focus Brief Therapy, to help aid motivation for change.

Additional Information
I am also trained as a bereavement and loss counsellor.
